1st: I asked in advance via zalo if the hotel has a place for cars to enter the place? The hotel said that cars can enter right in front of the hotel door but in fact the road is forbidden for cars.
2nd: when I arrived, someone guided me to drive my motorbike in to park, when I left, there was no one.
I opened the door myself and moved the hotel staff's car to another place to lead my car out, not to mention that I had a lot of things stacked up and down everywhere. I saw a person wearing a staff uniform and asked if anyone could help me get the car? That guy said he could get the car himself and leave the basement, so he closed the door for him.
3rd: the shower is attached to the bathtub, meaning that if I didn't want to soak in the tub, I would still stand in the bathtub to shower, but the bathtub's drain was completely clogged.
4th: The room was not soundproof at all. Another person sleeping on the first floor was dragged out by the chair on the second floor, and I couldn't sleep all night.
In short, apart from the friendly and enthusiastic receptionist Nam, and some cheerful and polite housekeeping staff, everyone else disappointed me.
