Very cozy hotel in the heart of Jakarta City

I wanted to book room 35 with a Sudirman view, but it turned out I couldn't get one, so I had to request one first.

The food is delicious and access to downtown Jakarta is very close.

Everything is fun, only the pillow is not very comfortable to use.

A super nice hotel. Unfortunately, Traveloka doesn't specify that Studio 30 doesn't necessarily have a window.

It was a bit of a shame that the room still wasn't ready at 3 PM. But otherwise, everything went smoothly and was enjoyable.

They give us a smoking room while we ask for non smoking room

The room I occupied on the 10th floor smelled of cooking all day, perhaps there was a leak in the air conditioning system, and the drinking water ration for 2 people was only 1 bottle, not even 1 liter, which was not enough for us.

Strategic location, lots of street food to choose from, next to J.co and Mako, there is also Alfamart, just walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. The room is not too big but enough for 2 adults and 1 child, the hotel is also clean

Great room, many facilities and amenities. Tried in-room dining: delicious and great portion.

Very convenient. The only downside is that if you want to pay for parking, you have to stamp it at the receptionist. Please make it as easy as possible for those staying at the hotel to access it.

When entering the room, the trash from the previous guest was not cleaned, asked for a refill of drinking water but was not given when asked in the morning until check out.

I like the room, but I'm still confused about how to use the shower.

The parking lot is very tiny. Better of you didnt bring your car. The keys the receptionist gave to us didn’t work at all so my husband have to go back to the lobby twice. There is used dirty tissue under the cabinet and some plastic garbage on the sofa. It’s so easy to saw them. I hope all the cleanning staff have good responsible when they do the cleanning job. Thank you

For a prime location, it's in the city center and close to public transportation. However, if you're bringing your own vehicle, parking is limited. The hotel is noisy until midnight from loud music on the 12th floor, which can reach the 11th floor.

Car parking is very limited, it's hard to find parking.

I really enjoyed my stay at ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu. The location is perfect — very close to the MRT, airport train, and TransJakarta station. Super convenient for getting around Jakarta. The hotel design is modern and artistic, with clean rooms and a nice city vibe. The staff are friendly and helpful, always quick to respond. The rooftop bar is a great place to relax in the evening with a nice city view. Breakfast is good, but it could have more variety. The room price is a bit high, but it matches the quality and location. Overall, it’s a great choice for business or short city trips. I’d definitely stay here again!

Came here last night.. Check in around 2 AM and the staff still help me patiently and with a smile. Great service! And the locations... My Godness... Near to everywhere, it's a hub for public transportations. It's perfect for a business trip. Definitely will come back!
