The room was clean and nice, and the staff were humble and helpful. However, my deposit has still not been refunded even though it has already been a month since my stay. I was informed that the delay was due to an international transfer, but no proof of transfer has been provided. Instead, I was advised to contact my bank without any evidence from your side.
At check-in, I was not allowed to pay the deposit in cash. I would like to clarify whether this is truly part of your system or a mistake, because I was assured that the deposit would be refunded upon check-out. While it is not about the amount, I am disappointed with how this matter has been handled.
