Great hotel. The customer service was incredible. The employees attended us wonderfully. The location wasn’t bad either. Least then a 30 min train ride into the city. The area does look stretchy but the people aren’t bad. Everyone minds their own business and keeps it moving. The local delis in the area were a great stop for food and essentials. The train station being less than a ten minute walk wasn’t as bad either. The hotel room was small. The furniture is up to date but does have some scratches which are normal. The bathroom was small but doable. We weren’t in the hotel room that much only when we were ready for bed since we were mostly in the city. The only thing that I would say is that there is construction happening but I truly didn’t hear anything until my last day. It still wasn’t bad to make this location not likable. I would be back again. My experience was lovely.

The property was clean but the area was such an inconvenient because its far from everything.

The room was clean and the stuff was awesome. I slept like a baby. The area at night felt a bit scary walking from subway but there was always police and our vacation went amazing. Do your own research. But hotel is great location for biking to Manhattan. I am happy for the price I paid totally worth it.

Okay hotel, rough part of queens

Mold all over our room, sheets were dirty and blood on the carpet in 4 spots

The hotel is good. The area around queensbridge is poor and 'urban gritty'. Lots of police sirens at night. The junkyard next door has trucks backing in with loud signals starting around 4.50AM. Fair value, but I will probably pay a bit more and have a quieter environment.

It was fine for a very short stay

The room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly, I didn’t like that there were no water bottles to drink in the room I had to buy from outside the hotel they could have put at least one small bottle for each one of us, the other thing I didn’t like was that our booking was with breakfast but we had to check out earlier so we missed breakfast and the hotel didn’t give us any sandwiches to take with us. But in general the hotel was good

The hotel overall and the amenities were great. Brand new building. It seems staff was friendly neighborhood a little sketchy absolutely no parking technically a free-for-all you park wherever you can, but there’s a lot of signage making parking very limited. But luckily public transportation was a 10 minute walk, but it wasn’t terrible.

I love the property … Staff was AMAZING

Hotel in general was very nice (hotel staff very courteous, rooms small but clean & adequate). My greatest dislike was the location: long walk to the nearest subway thru urban areas that were not the best, however large police presence made that a little less uncomfortable; not many choices for food other than fast food or gas station convenience stores.

Don't be fooled by the pictures I sure was. This was surely a one and done for me. First night all night parties that lasted until 3 or 4 in the morning on the street corner. The neighborhood is rough to say the least. Dirty streets, people sleeping in their cars. I will do a better job researching next time for sure.
