Cheap, strategic, even though you have to ask the receptionist for towels first.

Actually, considering the price and location, it's very good. However, the cleanliness of the room, especially the floor, isn't well-maintained. There's still a lot of dust and trash left under and around the bed. Otherwise, it's fine.

I've stayed here several times...this time I got a room that's unexpectedly not satisfactory...

Checked in for one night as it was just a short break. The location is close to Ciwalk, just a short walk away. The amenities are commensurate with the price.

The room was just cleaned up, the floor was still wet, but they told us to come in. The sheets weren't changed, they smelled of sweat. The toilet smelled. Used towels were still wet, but they were folded and given to new guests. I know this is a cheap hotel, but it seems like cleanliness is number 1, no matter how bad the hotel is.

there is no kettle, the room in 321 smells like feet so bad. Plus the bed sheets & blankets are dirty & the towels are not washed after every guest change 🥴 the bathroom is full of hair & the closet is so dirty so bad there are a lot of crusts. the location is really close to everywhere

This is not the old Promenade. No early check-in, basic rooms, noisy AC, not cold either. Dirty sheets and blankets, no soap, towels not dry. At least the TV is on. Enough for the last time.

very friendly & agile staff, the room is always visited to be cleaned every day.. I stayed here for 6 nights alone, it was beyond my expectations of comfort although when I was there there were many family guests with children but it was still conducive & that indicates that this hotel is also child-friendly there are also many places to eat near the hotel & because it is so close to Ciwalk I can go to Gold Gym every day, so my body stays fit and maintains a six-pack even though I'm on vacation so far my experience of a week here, very pleasant

There are no towels, you have to ask for them. The pillow cases are dirty. The bathroom drain is not running smoothly.

The hotel is very worth the price.
