comfortable 2 days there, slept soundly

it was okay. there was some clothing from the previous guest when i arrived in my room, but thankfully the nearby staff helped me to take them out. the kitchen staff allowed me to store coffee in the hotel's kitchen refrigerator, was very nice of him.

This hotel is recommended for those taking job tests or meeting clients, as it's close to the city center. The rooms are minimalist in size, but overall, they're comfortable, clean, and smell good. It's also suitable for those with trouble sleeping, as the rooms are soundproof. The restrooms are also clean, with hot and cold water.

All good, next time I will come back here again.

I was too tired due to business travel. but I can say that it was inconvenience because the room's floor is a bit dirty, and the wardobe is a bit stink. The shower also broken. I said already to the receptionist during check out.

The service can be better, cause we have to waited for a hour and a half to get the room key. They say the room is still being cleaned, tho i think would be better if they cleaned beforehand not waiting for the guest to checked in. But the staff is friendly. The room is simple and comfortable, but it's not that clean. U can see visible yellow spots on the pillow, floor, etc. Also when I wanted to use the sink, there's bug coming out of the sinkhead 😭, oh yeah not to mention that u have to wait a long time for the water to become hot, and the glass have so many hardwater residue (mirror and the shower door). Besides that, when I wanted to use the smart tv, kinda annoying tho cause not all device used the room num as the device name, so ppl would randomly connect to ur smart tv room. Would be better if the devices name matches the room num. Lasty the food at the restaurant was tasty, but would be great if there's more variations.

The hotel is strategic and value-for-money, within walking distance of some key buildings along Sudirman main road. The room is clean and generally comfortable. Definitely, I will rebook a room at this hotel when I need to attend meetings in the area. The staff is friendly.

(+) The location is very strategic behind the WTC building. The room is clean, comfortable, and has a balcony. The staff is also friendly. (-) The breakfast menu is not very varied, and the vegetables are a bit bitter. This needs to be improved. The rest is delicious (omelettes, chicken).

Newly opened Hotel with best location. Got early check in as requested. Twas super helpful so I can do make up before the event. Thank you!

The female receptionist is friendly, but the male one is lacking. The food is simple but delicious. The room is very clean. Best🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

The room is very comfortable and smart, but staying on the weekend, you can still hear the sound of music at night until the morning.

Overall, it's pretty good and comfortable. The view is amazing.

The hotel is quite good for its price, easy to find, and has easy access to major roads. It's close to the Mega Kuningan mall.
