Should not asking any deposit like others high class hotels

All good, staff was nice, room was clean

The hotel is quite good, but not so near from the shopping mall. My opinion, the hotel doesn't deserve as 5-Star.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel very welcome. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with all amenities. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the city view

Very comfortable place, good service, close to the harbor, delicious food.

The taste of the breakfast has decreased, it was better when I first went there, now the food is not as good

New hotel, strategically located..

For a 5 star hotel, it is almost perfect, only the bathroom amenities are still lacking, such as combs, etc., which is inferior to a 3 star hotel.

In short, I highly recommend it, in terms of service, location, and food, everything is satisfying.

Everything is really good, friendly service... God willing, I will come back again with the kids.

New and nice hotel with great location

Overall, it was good. The room facilities, especially the food service, were top-notch. However, one of the employees asked for a tip for decorating the room (even though we also paid for it), which was a bad experience for the first time. The staff's attitude could be better.
