The lift is broken, the TV can't get a room on the 4th floor, the climb is half dead, the staff is never on standby in the lobby, they disappear, it's always difficult, there's no receptionist

I have a love-hate relationship with this hotel. I love it because it's strategically located and has a pool. I hate it because: - I stayed 3 nights and there was no make-up room at all (maybe I should have requested it first?) - I didn't get towels - Sometimes the hot water was available, sometimes it wasn't - The reception was often empty, with no one in sight - There was often a knocking sound. I don't know if it was from the next room or a ghost (?) - There were no tissues :( - The TV didn't work (I think the remote had run out of batteries) - The rooftop bathroom didn't work. So I couldn't rinse off immediately after swimming.

Warm water is not optimal For those staying, please ensure these four things are working properly. Fact: When asked why the TV wasn't working, the answer was that it had been struck by lightning a year ago. Imagine a year without repairs.
