The hotel is pleasant, the only downside is the parking capacity and the soundproofing of the rooms (between rooms).

Parking space is limited, but car keys can be left with the attendant, like valet parking.

All the staff are very friendly, and the hotel is strategically located for those of you who want to graduate from UPI, as it's just a short walk away. The breakfast is also delicious, yummm 😋

This hotel is suitable for highly mobile guests due to its strategic location, but it's highly recommended for families. I stayed in room 307, where the window directly faced the highway, making it very noisy with traffic and uncomfortable to sleep in. Furthermore, the pillows were too high and hard, plus the room was cramped and the toilet was also small. Toilet noises could be clearly heard from the room, adding to the discomfort. Breakfast was also uninspiring, so my children opted not to have it, but the male receptionist was very helpful in getting me a non-smoking room.

It was my first time staying around Setiabudi street in Bandung. Hotel location is very strategic, beside starbuck coffe and near many food and shoping center. But when I stayed there, I got room toward Setiabudi Street. Noise from vehicle were very disturbing. So a couldn't be relax in the room. Anyway, overall is still considerably good and worth for money staying in this hotel.

A pleasant experience at Best Western Setiabudhi. + Strategic location + Helpful staff, especially the night security guard + Although the room is compact, the large windows keep it from feeling stuffy - The room isn't soundproof, so you can hear the TV from the next room. - The pillows aren't soft enough, so they're uncomfortable. - The smell of a new building means the room smells unpleasant when you first arrive with the AC still off.
