Convenient location, friendly staff, cleanliness is maintained and most importantly the hotel really pays attention to the status of the guests staying there, awesome

The guard is old, not much communication, it happened that we came in the rain so he didn't direct us well, so from our vehicle we had trouble bringing umbrellas and carrying things upstairs, still waiting for the room to be prepared, the AC had just been turned on so the room was stuffy, when we got upstairs we still forgot the pillowcase so we were still waiting, the TV couldn't connect properly so we didn't use it, the wifi wasn't informed (information about the wifi could be posted in each room), the sink couldn't be used because it was very dirty with food residue or clogged like vomit, the bathroom was cleaned by my husband before we used it, the mattress was quite comfortable, only the bed made a noise when we moved on the mattress, upstairs there was no hot and cold dispenser so it was a hassle to have to go downstairs, and there was no water heater in the room.

The location is just a short walk to Parangtritis. The men who guard it are friendly and very helpful!! There is a kitchen and a water dispenser so it's nice. But the minus part is, the room smells thick, the worst is the bathroom, it's not pleasant, found several big worms so it's a no.

The hotel is very ordinary according to the price, but why was there only 1 towel given even though there were 2 people staying, and under the bed, when it was not swept clean, there were leftover food wrappers from before

pertama kali liat hotel ini dg reviewnya jelek2 tetapi lihat review terbaru sudah banyak yang bagus, dan pengalaman saya sendiri dengan keluarga jga pun juga sudah sangat memuaskan. karena sudah tau tipe hotelnya bgtu jd memang ga mau meninggikan ekspektasi dan itu sudah cukup memuaskan. untuk petugaa yang menjaga juga sudah ramah walau barang2 memang bawa sendiri. fasilitas bagus, AC baru seperti nya, jadinya dingin banget sesuai suhu yang kita atur. air hangat juga cukup lancar. TV yng tidak bisa kata petugas nya ga ada sinyal. lantai memang masih cenderung berpasir tp memaklumi krn memang daerah pantai yang costumer nya pasti rata2 main ke pantai. dapet sabun dan sampo 2 in 1, dpt air minum 2, kasur bersih cukup empuk. dan utk tipe kamar family mendapat 2 kasur besar. cukup kids friednly sih, paling yg agak serem di tangga krn aga kecil, tp asal hati2 udh oke banget. overall udah sangat memuaskan dan nyaman dg tipe hotel ini karena hal2 penting spti AC, air hangat, dan kasur sudah sangat memenuhi kebutuhan costumer. utk petugas ada 2 yg muda dan yang tua, kl yg agak tua itu bukannya jutek menurut saya tp emg gt modelnya tp dia baik kok semoga terus berkembang hotelnya terimakasih

Towels had to be asked for, but once asked for, they said the towels were still wet, so we ended up using half-dry towels, the room was full of ants, it smelled a bit musty, and the TV wouldn't turn on even though we took a big room, but the facilities we got didn't match the price🥹

The location is very strategic, close to public facilities and main roads. It's also close to our destination, Obelix Sea View and the beach tour jeep, so the journey to these attractions won't take long. Breakfast isn't available, but breakfast options are easy to find around the hotel. The price is affordable.

The hotel is located within walking distance to Parangtritis Beach. The hotel is clean. Our room is also clean, including the bathroom. The room has good facilities too. The staff are friendly and helpful.
