It was a pleasure to stay here, the hotel staff were friendly and the service was also good. We stayed here because the hotel is in one with the mall so it's good for accompanying the kids to play. The food variety is not too much but it's delicious. Maybe the taste of the fried rice and fried noodles is lacking, it could be improved a little. Thank you 👍🙏🫶

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a great variety of food and drinks, and my kids approved. Bella was very helpful and friendly. However, the changing area at the pool was a bit smelly and muddy. Otherwise, this is a great hotel, especially the restaurant area, which is surrounded by mountain views, making breakfast feel like a different place.

I stayed at this hotel for six days on business. The room was always clean, and the breakfast varied daily and was always delicious. The location is excellent, as it's directly connected to a mall, providing everything you need without any hassle. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. If I ever return to Cibubur, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and smells great. The staff are all friendly. For a deluxe room, the room is quite spacious. The breakfast is quite varied and delicious. The facilities are excellent, and it's kid-friendly. The playground is clean, and the swimming pool has a great view. Access to the mall is really easy, just go downstairs.

The hotel is new, with a pleasant and clean ambiance. The gym and swimming pool are also good, but the rooms aren't very soundproof, as you can still hear someone closing the door loudly from inside, and parking is a bit tricky when the mall is full.

The hotel staff is friendly, and it's easy to access because it's in the same building as the Living World mall. The swimming pool is accessible until late at night, and there's a children's play area. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Artotel. The only thing I should note is that the bathroom door wasn't working properly, causing water to leak out when I used it.
