This hotel is kept very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful! Our room is very spacious and allows our family to spread out and we enjoyed the ample seating in the lobby to eat dinner and watch college football. Great amenities and extra services offered as well. We will definitely stay again when back in Lakeland!

This hotel is brand new, clean as a whistle, and beautiful! We were so pleased with everything including the check-in process complete with bottled water and Oreos, the well-equipped gym, free washer & dryer access for laundry, and attentive staff. The breakfast was great too (although it ends at 9am which is a little early for us)! Will definitely return!

Had to go to the area because my son starts at Florida Polytech University. Good choice, was close to the campus.

I enjoyed the stay but should have been reimbursed for the stay due to flight cancellation. Kept ALL my money and I did not stay in the room!!

Room was clean and arranged well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, very welcoming.

Loved the property and would stay there again. Only dislike i had was the pillows were too soft (your preference). And the air conditioning went off a lot and took very long to come back on. Other tan that the room was nice and clean and smelled really good. Pretty quiet considering busy location. Many food options close by and lots of shopping. I would stay here again and would recommend for others as well
