It was very difficult to check in, had to fill in a lot of requirements and deposit 300k. Even though I deposited, I still couldn't check in, I even chatted with Travelio CS on FB and IG, the security also didn't know what to do other than contact Travelio CS. The roomboy was over-over, even though I arrived at the apartment at 8:30 PM but I was only able to enter the room at 00:28 AM because the replacement roomboy was far from Bintaro, about 17 km. (thanks to this roomboy) When it was my turn to be able to enter, the room was not ready to use, pillowcases, towels, mineral water were not ready. In various hotels/lodgings that I have stayed in, this is the first time it has been this complicated. Hopefully it will be re-evaluated for the common good
