Most of the staff don’t have any clue about anything. They gave Coffee pot in the room but nothing in there, we asked for a sugar sachet, front desk person not even looking & straight send me to dinning area told me they will have it, unfortunately nothing there either. Room has iron board but no iron.

Our room was satisfactory, nothing great. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, the door lock didn’t work.

Everything was good from staff to rooms, etc!

Have booked stay using reward night from hotels.com, came to hotel at 2 am to find out that hotel is under renovation and overbooked. Hotels.com was not able to give full amount of reservation back and hotel was not able to find room for us. Ended up sleeping with kids in the car.

It was not a good experience. Rooms are dirty, sheets will hair and toenails on it.

Ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of NYC but yet close enough. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Rugs seemed soiled. Shampoo bottles in shower were completely empty

When we arrived went to use the bathroom there were pee stains on the toilet hair on the floor of the bathroom. It didn’t smell clean it just looked Like they made the bed. The front desk manager charged our room. Also, When we arrived late from the wedding we went to, there was only one parking spot in the back of another hotel.

Property was ok only had 1 elevator and carpet was really dirty. Shower water pressure came out really low. Breakfast was really good though! I would only stay here for short term 1 or 2 nights if that not longer!

I stayed here for two nights, I have previously had good experiences with holiday Inn hotels, so I thought it would be a safe bet. The rooms are mostly clean, the problem is the noise here. People are in and out of the hotel ALL night. The doors open and close very loudly. On the second night I finally decided to go out of my room to investigate/confront the people opening and closing the doors constantly.....only to discover it was the hotel staff. Hotel security was checking ALL of the rooms, AT 1am. We could not sleep because the STAFF was making so much noise. Its also worth mentioning that after I asked them what was going on, they did not return to my floor that night. The pervious night however they were opening and close all the doors all night long. Definitely dont stay here if you plan on sleeping.

The room was musty, the TV did not work, The Iron for clothes was dirty, No chairs or benches to sit outside. Carpet was not cleaned properly. MOST IMPORTANT, THE TUB DID NOT HAVE ANTI-SLIP FEATURES and I slipped and hit my head.

Overall bad stench to the area. Multiple ambulance arrivals to neighboring hotels. Deadbolt latch to the room interior was hanging off the screws and staff was being threatened resulting in police arrival after check in and heading up to my room. Staff was friendly and always attentive. They’re doing the best with what they have but they deserve a better work environment.

There's a delay in the check in time but overall a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean.

Average room. Sheets felt dirty. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Hated it, there were very disturbing individuals heavily smoking marihuana right in front of entrance and parking lot. The lobby looked like a correctional intake facility as weee the rooms. The breakfast offering was empty and all the juices were dispensed very hot. We were told the machine was broken.

It was fabulous, we will stay there again. The staff were very professional, and helpful.

Service never came in to clean room when we were out no tissues no new towels did not make bed trash can not cleaned out

The staff here are great! The hotel is very clean. The only issue that I didn't like was the door to the stairs, on each end of the hallway, slams shut when people use them. For health reasons or a dislike of elevators, some people use the stairs instead, as I often do. The downside was the noise of the slamming doors. It was constant throughout the day and annoying to those in their room watching TV, reading, or sleeping. I'm surprised the hotel staff hadn't already rectified this problem.

Excellent place to stay. The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and the breakfast was delicious

It was a basic hotel. Rooms were very small, for the price I expected more. Breakfast was awful.
