Villa in Lubuk Baja

There was no response from the front office when I complained, because the telephone in the room and the water heater boiler were not working. Is the room sold to app room rarely occupied by guests? I hesitate to book a hotel for the next time.

Recommended stay at Swiss beliin hotel.

Clean room. Great location inside the city center.

Nice place and strategic location. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall.

Room no 228 partly not able to turn, bathroom no hanger for hanging clothes no restaurant, sad the service very poor, regret staying compared to before covid time was to good, but know very bad.

The towels are going to grey colour instead of white. TV channels are still blurry need to change to digital TV. The breakfast nasi goreng too much garlic used. Egg station no staff around.

Location is very good. You can easily look for food, shopping and massage. Hotel staffs is friendly. But the worst part is the hotel room. Pillow is yellowish.

Check in requires deposit. Limited carpark space. Small Room was not ventilated properly. Hotel corridor has some weird mouldy smell. Room was clean and tidy. Be prepared to face the noise at night as there was a night lounge at the rooftop. Loud music live band till 4-5am. Hotel good for youngsters not recommended for family with children or grandparents.
