Villa in Lubuk Baja

We booked a 2-bedroom suite, both rooms are king-sized beds. The main bedroom has its own bathroom while there is another common bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave and dining table. Dislike the bed frames corners as they are sharp and pose danger to small kids. The door handle of common bathroom will drop off on and off. Location is near to Nagoya Mall and Great Batam Mall.

The room that I booked was not worth the price I had paid. It was nothing special. In fact, it was just like a standard hotel room. It was very unexpected to find that the room was not like the one shown in the picture. When I went to question why it was like that, they stated that the picture used was taken before the renovation. Perhaps they could have changed it to another one that was taken after the renovation, to prevent speculations in the future, for others. In addition, the food was fairly decent. Neither delicious, nor unappetising. It was nothing special as well. Here is a suggestion: instead of serving normal food you could find anywhere, they could serve more local Indonesian food. As a salad lover, I find that the salad they had provided really did not meet my expectations. I would also like to state a few examples that could be used to replace the salad, like urap or gado gado would be much better. On the other hand, I was satisfied with the service! All of the staff were very accommodating, polite, and they were very helpful throughout my stay.

This hotel is great, clean, and location is very good.

Room no 228 partly not able to turn, bathroom no hanger for hanging clothes no restaurant, sad the service very poor, regret staying compared to before covid time was to good, but know very bad.

Overall hotel consider good to stay, only that hotel lack of sandals (for outdoor use), hand ir face towel, shower gel (only soap available) and shampoo. Charge $ 50~60 per day, it should provide above mention material, unless it Charge $ 20~30 per day, then it us exceptional case.

Sheets and pillow cover are dirty, I got rashes all over my skins, one of the receptionist can't take complaints and aggressive. Left the hotel without refund. Terrible experience

Hotel need a lot of renovation and food need more varation.

Housekeeping main main, they don't top up food for breakfast buffet, server main main.
