My class is relaxed and casual. It is perfect for those who struggle with mental and emotional issues in their daily lives. It is also suitable for those who want to know more about discovering themselves and deepen their individual spiritual practice through meditation and hypnotherapy. I encourage supportive behavior and mindset from each participant toward everyone because we all face emotional difficulties that we seldom talk about in our daily lives. I strongly encourage no judgment and no comparison during class. We all face unique emotional difficulties and we want to heal ourselves together here. My class is guided from start to finish, so it is suitable for beginners. It is best to join the class in quiet surroundings where you will not be disturbed.

About the Host
Hello! My name is Affandi. I am a certified meditation instructor and licensed hypnotherapist. I took my meditation teaching certification in Dharamsala, India and my hypnotherapy license in Ubud, Bali. As a survivor of depression and anxiety myself, I enjoy sharing the knowledge of how meditation can help release stress and build our mental wellness. I enjoy sharing the knowledge of applying meditation techniques in our daily lives to maintain a balanced level of clarity to face our day to day mental and emotional challenges.
The hypnotherapy that I teach focuses on emotional healing. Unprocessed trauma can create mental and emotional turbulence in our lives, such as being easily triggered, difficulty in controlling anger, panic and anxiety attacks, depression, psychosomatic conditions, and the body's inability to relax. During hypnotherapy, participants are encouraged to access their subconscious mind to help release unprocessed trauma that they have suppressed for years. The main focus of the hypnotherapy is finding the root cause of our trauma in the past so we can release it in a healthy way.
