It took around one hour to complete this tour. The best time to visit should be morning or sunset with low and clear sunlight. It’s also the best time for you to travel out of the tower to take photo. In my opinion, you should visit there before sunset. You can visit the tower and then you can go to the park in front of the tower. It’s nice place as well.
Virtual game on the top of tower will let you feel the fly outside the tower.
