Traveloka Balance Terms of Use

By click the "Refund" button on the Refund page, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Refund Balance Terms and Conditions.

1. In the event that you request a refund (“Refund”) voluntarily, Traveloka shall cancel your booking and make an automatic refund to the original payment method, to Refund Balance, and/or to your Designated Bank Account (as defined in the Traveloka Terms and Conditions).
2. In the event of a system disruption on Traveloka that causes your paid booking order to be unprocessed, Traveloka shall cancel your booking and process the Refund to the original payment method, to your Refund Balance, and/or to a Designated Bank Account.
3. You are required to review and comply with the specific refund policies applicable to each product offered on the Traveloka application and/or website before submitting a Refund request.
4. Refund to your Refund Balance may take up to 1 (one) business day. The refunded amount credited to your Refund Balance may be used directly for transactions within the Traveloka application and/or website. 
5. Refund Balance may be received and used only on the Traveloka app and/or website, and only if you are registered and have an active Traveloka account.
6. You can withdraw the balance from your Refund Balance to the Designated Bank Account. You may only withdraw the full amount of the balance available in your Refund Balance and may not make a partial withdrawal. Withdrawal may only be made once per day. 
7. The withdrawal of Your Refund Balance will take approximately 5 (five) business days. Please note that the relevant bank may impose interbank transfer fees for the withdrawal of the Refund Balance. If you are using a Designated Bank Account from a Bank located outside of Indonesia, the sending bank may charge an international bank transfer fee of USD 35 (thirty-five United States dollars) for processing the withdrawal of your remaining Refund Balance. You are responsible for bearing all bank fees incurred in connection with the withdrawal of your Refund Balance.
8. Traveloka is not responsible for any issues and/or losses that may arise due to system failures of the Bank and/or caused by other third parties during the withdrawal process. However, in relation to such complaints, Traveloka may, at its sole discretion, assist in forwarding the complaint to the relevant party for further handling.
9. You hereby declare that any Refund requested voluntarily by you is not intended for the purpose of money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other unlawful activity. You represent and warrant that you release Traveloka from any obligations and liabilities arising from or related to your use or allocation of the Refund. For the avoidance of doubt, Traveloka shall not be held responsible for any unlawful and/or illegal actions committed by you in connection with the Refund process to the Refund Balance. You shall indemnify and hold Traveloka harmless from any and all losses incurred by Traveloka arising from such unlawful and/or illegal actions.
10. To the extent permitted by the applicable Laws, Traveloka reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Refund process, should Traveloka considers or suspects that you or in the Refund process you initiated, has elements of criminal activities, which including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal acts.
11. You may be required to provide additional information for verification purposes with the withdrawal process, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (e.g., KTP) or other supporting documents.
12. Traveloka shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, or false information provided by you during the Refund request process to the Refund Balance.
13. You are fully responsible for the security of your account, including the confidentiality of your password used to access the Refund Balance and any usage of the Refund Balance therein. 
14. All transactions conducted using the Refund Balance in your account shall be deemed valid and binding and shall be your sole responsibility as the account holder.
