Located on the top floor of the old apartment, Mangerie will make you feel like you have been invited for a brunch in a home with an outdoor terrace, overlooking the Bosporus seafront. Open all-year-round, worry not about the cold temperature because Mangerie is heated in winter. Locals praised the eggs Benedict with spinach, but you are more than welcome to try their grilled fish burger, or wheat and zucchini carpaccio salad. To get there, you will need to take a ferry from downtown Istanbul. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends.
