Getting to Lombok

By air

Most of Indonesia’s big airlines serve direct flights from top domestic cities (Jakarta, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, and Denpasar) to Lombok International Airport. This airport also serves international round-trip flights from/to Singapore and Malaysia.

By sea

From Bali, you can use public ferries that operate 24 hours from Padangbai Port to Lembar Port in Lombok with travel time approximately 4 hours.The port also serves routes to some main tourist islands in Lombok: Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Gili Meno.

Ferry one-way fares (passengers only): Rp44.000/person for adult & Rp29.000/person for children.
Ferry one-way fares (with vehicles): Rp123.000 for two-wheeled vehicles including all passengers, and Rp790.000 for cars including all passengers.

You can also opt for fast boats departing from Bali’s main ports: Amed, Padangbai, Serangan and Sanur. One-way fares start from Rp400.000/passenger with travel time around 2 – 3 hours.

Traveling around Lombok

While in Lombok, you can usebemoto get to the following popular areas: Senggigi, Mataram, Ampenan, and Cakranegara.Bemoonly operates until the afternoon.
For other alternatives, you can use anojek(motorcycle taxi) or rent a car for a more comfortable trip.
