All You Need to Know About COVID-19 Booster Vaccine at Swiss-Belhotel Serpong

Am I eligible for the vaccine?

You are eligible to get the vaccine if you fulfill the following conditions:

You are 18 years old or older on the vaccination date

You are an Indonesian citizen with a valid ID (KTP)

You received the Sinovac or AstraZeneca vaccine for your first and second doses

You received your second dose at least 6 months ago

You have received your third vaccine ticket on PeduliLindungi

If you were infected with COVID-19, you have recovered for at least 1 month

If you are pregnant, you have been pregnant for at least 13 weeks

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and have comorbidities, you are required to bring a doctor's note

You have registered for the vaccination through Traveloka (Traveloka reserves the right to cancel your booking in the case of a double booking)

You are in a healthy condition and do not have any of these conditions:

Fever (above 37.5 degrees Celsius)

Blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg

Type 2 diabetes mellitus disease and HbA1C below 59 mmol/mol or 7.5%

Symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) within the last 7 days

Serious allergy

Kidney diseases

Rheumatism

Chronic digestive diseases

I did not get the Sinovac or AstraZeneca vaccine for my primary doses. Can I still register?

No, this program is only for those who received the Sinovac or AstraZeneca vaccine for their first and second doses.

What type of vaccine will be given?

You will receive the Pfizer vaccine for your booster dose.

Where and when will the vaccination take place?

The vaccination will be held in the Merdeka Assembly Hall at Swiss-Belhotel Serpong on February 28 – March 4, 2022.

The vaccination center is open 08:00 – 15:00 with a one-hour break at 12:00 – 13:00, so make sure you come during those hours!

How to book the vaccine through Traveloka?

To register for the vaccine, visit this page, then follow these steps:

Please note that the number of vaccine recipients is limited to 1,200 per day, so you are encouraged to register online to save your spot.

After registering through the Traveloka App, you will receive an e-voucher and a health screening form in PDF format via email. You can also access the form through this link.

Make sure to bring the completed form on the day of the vaccination to speed up the registration and screening process!

I want to book for more than one person, what should I do?

Currently, we can only accommodate one person per booking. If you wish to register for more than one person, simply repeat the booking process for each additional person.

Please note that one voucher is only valid for one registered person.

Can I join this program if I didn't use Traveloka to register for the first and second doses of the vaccine?

Yes, the program is open to all Indonesian citizens who are eligible for the booster dose.

Can I register to get my first or second dose of the vaccine?

No, the program is only available for those who have already received the first and second doses of the vaccine.

What should I bring to the vaccination center?

Please bring the following items to the vaccination center:

ID card (KTP) of the person who will get vaccinated

Traveloka voucher (mobile or printed voucher)

Health screening form

Pen

Second vaccine certificate from PeduliLindungi

Third vaccine ticket from PeduliLindungi

What should I do after getting my vaccine?

We suggest the following after getting your booster vaccine:

Follow the health protocols by wearing a mask, practicing social distancing, and regularly washing your hands

Monitor your condition after getting vaccinated. Some people experience fatigue, fever, and loss of appetite after getting the vaccine, and it is considered normal. If the symptoms are severe, please see a doctor or go to the closest health facility

When and how can I get my vaccine certificate?

Your vaccine certificate will appear automatically within 1 x 24 hours after the data is inputted by the vaccination officer. Follow these steps to find your vaccine certificate:

Method 1: Through the PeduliLindung website

Visit pedulilindungi.id/periksa-sertifikat

Enter your data, then click Periksa (Check)

Method 2: Through the PeduliLindungi app

Open the PeduliLindungi app. Make sure you have the latest version

Select the Vaccine Certificate menu

Method 3: Through the Ministry of Health chatbot

Send a WhatsApp message to the Ministry of Health chatbot at 081110500567

Select the Sertifikat Vaksin (Vaccine Certificate) menu

Enter your data, then select the Download Sertifikat (Download Certificate) menu
