Online check-in is available on Traveloka App v2.18 (Indonesia) onwards. Make sure you have logged in to your Traveloka account to enable this feature.

You will receive a confirmation that your check-in is successful and that your Sriwijaya Air boarding pass is now accessible through your Traveloka App. An email will also be sent to you, along with your boarding pass attached.
Unfortunately, Sriwijaya Air online check-in is not available for pregnant passengers and passengers requiring special assistance (e.g. infants, passengers with disabilities, Unaccompanied Minors), thus they need to check-in directly at the airport.
