For Indonesia domestic flights, please contact the airline's call center directly to correct the name on your e-ticket. To find the airline’s call center, follow these steps:
1. Go to Flight.
2. On the Airline Partners section, click the logo of your airline.
3. Click the Profile tab and you will find the airline’s call center.
Please note that you may be charged a certain fee depending on the airline's policy.
For international flights, please Contact Us to submit your name correction request. Be sure to provide the correct name, along with your Traveloka Booking ID and scanned passport in the email.
Unfortunately, most airlines don’t allow changing of names on the e-ticket. You can contact your airline’s call center directly to check its policy.
If you find yourself unable to travel, you may refund or reschedule your flight instead. If you have a Traveloka account, you can refund or reschedule your flight directly on Traveloka App or desktop website using our Easy Reschedule feature.
