There are a few possible reasons why you haven’t received your hotel voucher:
- You didn’t make your payment in the exact amount as stated on the invoice.
- The payment was made after the time limit had expired.
- There was a delay in payment verification due to disruptions in the bank system.
- You entered the wrong email address on Contact Details. In which case, you can simply resend your hotel voucher.
To expedite your hotel voucher issuance, please upload your payment proof by following these steps:
- Log in to your Traveloka account.
- Go to My Booking and tap on Purchase List.
- Select your booking and then tap Upload Payment Proof. After uploading the payment proof, you will be able to see your payment status.
