Passenger name correction and change

Name correction and change are fully within the discretion PT KAI. Therefore, should you need to correct or change the name in your e-ticket, you have to contact them via phone to 021-121, through email to cs@kai.id, or by visiting PT KAI's customer service at your departure station. Name correction or change must be done at the latest 2 hours before departure. Please prepare your e-ticket and valid ID when you contact PT KAI.
