on arrival at around 9.00 pm I found the fence outside locked and a very unusual security system to let myself in which included a security code to open the box where I was to find the key and let myself . that code had not been forwarded to my phone nor my email as I had just arrived from overseas I had no credit on my phone and was unable to call the other 2 numbers for assistance . The other option was a phone to contact the night duty manager to contact the there was no answer and no night duty person available to let me in . I was unwell and left sitting in the street outside for over an hour when I was assisted by a young man who helped me using his phone to call the night manager who gave me the code to open the box to get my key to let myself in and find my room . when questioning them in the morning there was no apology and no compensation for the inconvenience . they should have had a night manager on duty for incoming guests .
