Só a comunicação que deixou a desejar Pois não é um hotel, é um flat. O nome divulgado não é o mesmo do prédio, o estacionamento não é gratuito e o check in só é realizado via whatsapp e bem demorado.

Terrible place and service/ waste of money
1- First of all we reserved 3 family suites (2 bedrooms each and a pull out couch) got only one with 2 bedrooms and the other two apartments had only one bedroom. Crammed/no space/ uncomfortable. They said they don’t have 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms but that is what I paid for it.
2- Linen in terrible shape. Sheets dirty and no one to change. We were instructed to go to an empty apartment and take the sheets off a bed to use on ours. It was also not clean. Had stains etc.
3 - Old apartment/ moldy smell
4- In one of the apartments the toilet was leaking when we showered
5- 1 star and not worth it the money.
6 - Placemats for breakfast was honestly very gross with multiple stains underneath.
7- Outdated/ needs repair. Shower doors did not close/ toilet doesn’t flush well
NEVER COMING BACK. Pictures on Expedia are deceiving.

Food cooked on site. We ordered dinner on the first day from the restaurant in the lobby of the building. The food was Yeah good.They brought the food to our apartment. Upon arrival we were so tired and hungry. Highly recommended! OK H

Rafael was our agent at Roomo and he was always very responsive, very kind, very respectful, very helpful.
The apartment I chose was spacious, 2 bedrooms (1 suite), very comfortable.
Full kitchen with everything we needed.
We could host dinners at the dinning table with room for 6 people.
There’s TV in the living room and in the bedrooms.
Breakfast is great! It has typical foods from the region each day including juices.
The pool area on the rooftop was lovely as well. My son really enjoyed it.
The area is wonderful. There are several restaurants nearby, it’s only 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the street fair.
We had a wonderful time and we’ll certainly go back.

It’s a nice building, the accommodations are nice. Spacious apartments, easy parking, very good breakfast, great location close to the beach, restaurants, street market, all within walking distance.
There are 2 companies handling the accommodations in this building. The communication between these two companies is not good which can cause harm to guests.
