The mandatory administration fee covers the PCR screening for COVID-19 fee for stays of 1-7 nights. There is an additional screening fee is USD 120 for stays of 8 nights or more. The mandatory transfer fee listed above is for transfers from Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport (HRI). The mandatory one-way transfer fee is USD 80 per person from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB). All mandatory fees must be paid directly to the property immediately after booking.

Guests must transfer via Airport shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration. Guests are required to complete a health declaration (PCR screening for COVID-19) during their stay. Guests staying 1-5 nights are screened once per stay; guests staying 5-7 nights are screened twice per stay; guests staying 8 nights or more are screened 3 times per stay. Screening fees are mandatory and must be paid to the property prior to arrival.
