Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3

Check in very easy got into my room before 3 which was pleasing. Room very clean and comfortable. Very quiet despite looking into the runway, couldn’t hear the planes at all.

So conveniently located in parking structure by terminal 2. Great 1 night stay before an early morning flight.

Fantastic and so convenient!

It was great. The only thing that lost it a star, was the comfort of the sofa bed in the junior suite.

Very disappointing performance. -A bunch of staff present at the front desk but incoherently co-operated. -The buttons of the lifts are not user friendly, difficult to press and you have to confirm whether it is pressed or not. Lifts shoke obviously during ascending, not sure if they are under well maintenance or not. - The indications to exact rooms numbers of vague, you only find two plates writing all room numbers on that floor, you have to get close or open the fire proof door to see the exact room number indications. -The range of food and drinks in the breakfast is so little, even worse than 3 star commercial hotels in Japan. Bacon's are too salty like they have just been dug out from The Dead Sea. Don't see a point of this brand regarded as 3.5 star/4 star hotel, zero cost performance ratio.

Easy because it’s connected to T2 but expensive. Great for layover and not enough ample time to sightsee.

Amazing views of the airport from the bar on the 14th floor

We stayed here because we were leaving the next morning from Heathrow. It was incredibly easy to get to the terminal and did not have to worry about any traffic snarls to catch our international flight. We also want to give a shout out to the check-in staff! It was busy and there were multiple people in line waiting to check in. The staff was so quick and efficient! We waited and were checked in within 10 minutes. Everyone was extremely professional.

Really handy for all the terminals at the airport. Nice restaurant.

Easy place to take the Heathrow Express into Paddington Station. From there a Big Bus for a tour. Next day pick up transfer to Pier.

Access to Heathrow airport excellent

I got horrible Miss informative contact from the airport staff. They sent me out of the airport to purple busses to hotels that were not on campus. After 2 mile walk…. Finally popped for a taxi for 30 pounds! And my plan was to not go out of airport. On foot only. First time to Heathrow Airport. The information guides were clueless on navigation to my hotel. The hotel was great .

It is a good selection for a traveler.
