Simple accommodation, close to the MTR. Clean, but small, rooms - at a good price.

just that the room was having little but consideration. when I open the door the room smell full of smoke😓

The location is in the middle of market and near tram station. The room is nice.

we like to stay in this hotel because it's clean and close to train station and shops..also they 're very polite and they have a free shuttle bus to central..city..this hotel is convenience to stay..

The hotel is nothing like what shows in photos at all. I booked 2 rooms for me and my friends and we were very unhappy with the rooms. It looks so old like 30 years without any renovation, rusty in bathroom and also never clean properly. The mat in the hallway is super dirty. The hotel located right in the middle of wet market that you can smell fishy smell in hotel lobby. I don't know what is grand view in hotel name for because there 's no view at all. We met other guests in the elevator so we asked how is their rooms and they just laughed.

Check in took too long compared to other hotels and the room was never cleaned properly for 4 nights we stayed lots of hair on the floor toilet cover had stain which were very obvious but housekeeper didn't clean I had no idea why too but we got back late everyday therefore we did not want to make a big deal at night. Also first day they didn't refill coffee and body lotion too I was quite surprised how it rates 5 stars. Wifi was fast and bed was cozy though.
