The room's facilities, especially the TV, are very lacking, as the sound isn't loud enough and there are no TV channels. So we have to use YouTube.

The breakfast is delicious. The staff is also friendly. I will stay here again next time.

The price and facilities are okay, breakfast for a 9 year old child is charged the full adult price of 128 thousand, a 5 year old child is 64 thousand. There isn't much food.

special shout out to Housekeeping mas Aji who helps us set up the bed from twin bed to double. he prepared the bed so fast and tidy. also with smile.. he is very friendly. I hope hotel treats him good and fair with all his hardwork. I don't have anything to complain for the room or breakfast. just one thing needs to be fix.. soon. upon arrival, there's a strong bad odor like smell from sewer or toilet or dead animal in receptionist area / lobby. I sense this as well when I sat at breakfast outside area the next morning .. I don't know what or exactly where.

Order the Family Room and get 1 bed + additional single bed, there is also a long sofa.. It's quite worth it to bring the family.. The water heater is working, the breakfast is also quite good even though the variety is not much in my opinion.. hehe but it's worth it for this price.. There is a prayer room and a bathroom, generally when you want to check out you can pray first.. The bathroom at the front office is also very clean

Visit on June 5-6, 2025. 1. Free parking, but not friendly for motorcyclists, because you have to go up and down the stairs, and have to pass through the office first before you can get to the main lobby. 2. The security guard is very informative and friendly, giving clear directions with 5s, good job. 3. The main lobby is hot, maybe because there are a lot of people and queues, what I didn't expect is that the printing system uses a photocopier, please give Bigland a good printer for both hotels and other offices 4. Because there are not many requests, check in is done at the same time, immediately given a room without having to wait, room 705 with a factory view has some cobwebs and stains in several places, but it's not a problem, already using a smart TV but unfortunately it doesn't include Netflix, and the internet is unstable, sometimes buffering, not too soundproof, the heartbeat of the next and upper rooms can still be heard, and in my opinion the mattress + pillow ratio is not balanced, as one of the mattress factory partners it should be improved again, the mattress is not firm enough, while the pillow is too firm. 5. Fast forward to breakfast, the food is standard, but for me who was sick at that time, the variety of healthy and refreshing food is not much, but for my husband who loves to eat, the food is okay, the minus is 1, the manners of the guests are lacking, it makes me uncomfortable to be honest. 6. Fast forward again to check out, when I checked in I didn't check anything first, I went straight home. Overall it's standard for a staycation, nothing really special, I think Bigland can improve it, good job 👍

Access to the toll gate is close, the hotel is comfortable, the food is delicious according to the price.

And 1 more thing for breakfast, it's also a shame that you have to pay in full again if you bring a child over 8 years old, the cost is 128 thousand and children 3-8 years old 64 thousand, even though in the room booking application description it is for 2 adults 1 child and it should be free for 1 child at least, if you bring more it's still okay to have an additional fee for breakfast and there is no description if the free breakfast is only for children aged 0-3 years. 🙏 thank you

the hotel staff is friendly and does their job well. overall, staying here is quite pleasant. what is a bit unfortunate is the taste and variety of food at breakfast, not too impressive and some of the food seemed not fully cooked. maybe this is because when we stayed there was an event from another agency (breakfast visitors were overflowing). for the food we ordered to the room, it tasted relatively good.

the grand deluxe room is comfortable, and the food tastes good. the swimming pool and playground are not big enough. for a staycation in the room, it's good.

Me and my friends...3 families...stayed on June 27-29, 2025...Family Rbf Non-Smoking room type. All hotel staff are friendly and the receptionist/check-in staff are also willing to help with the check-in process. The breakfast is quite varied. It's just that the price for extra breakfast/person starting from children over 8 years old is charged 100% of the price of IDR 128,000, - which is too expensive. Normal adults if breakfast is IDR 128,000, - it's expensive... especially children's stomachs. I've been to 4-star hotels in other cities...extra breakfast is charged to children starting from 11/12 years old and even then it costs IDR 80,000, - / person. And please also pay attention to soundproofing... In my room..after 10 pm...you can still hear the sound of buk...like the sound of children running around in the room. But for the cleanliness of the room and bathroom...good. The swimming pool is not big and spacious enough. The kids only swam once... when they were told to swim again... they didn't want to... they said the pool wasn't nice.
