Previously we booked the hotel for a 4 day stay at a price that was quite expensive h-1 before checking in. After we arrived at this hotel. Feeling we say this hotel is zonk. And it is true what we are worried about. This expensive hotel really doesn't provide satisfying service. My director has to charge me an extra bed of 800 thousand. Nego-ego finally only cost 400 thousand and that was not the extra bed that I got, only 1 pillow and 1 sheet not a blanket. Strangely enough, a hotel of this size only served one person in the morning. I was really surprised to see a service like this. The swimming pool is full of small animals, the pool is very dirty and mossy, the bedrooms lack lighting, the drainage is clogged, only local TV channels, no cable TV, WiFi is not available, very sad at a price of 1 night Rp 825,000. For Muslims it is not suitable to stay here, because for breakfast they provide bacon. Honestly they talk and inform us. My advice is improved service, cleanliness and amenities.

I book the Suite Room and surprised by the spacious room. It come with big bathroom with big bathroom, separate shower and toilet and it has a bay view. Though the room was quite old, but it worth the money. Hotel location is very strategic, on the main road of Uluwatu and close to GWK.

the hotel did not have the right no of rooms booked. by the time me and my friends came to check in (in 2 different bookings, and 2 different room) the hotel only have 1 room available (suppose to be 2 rooms for me and my friend's booking) and that remaining room is out of order room. really bad experience.
