Recommended for tourists who are on vacation in Bali because the rooms are quite spacious, cold air conditioning, hot water is available, the rooms are clean and tidy, the employees are polite and friendly, towels are changed every day, sheets and sarongs are canceled every day, the bathroom is clean. Needs to be added/improved: The TV cannot be used, maybe an additional RV cable is needed (or I am clueless), needs to be added to a minibar + restaurant, parking for a car is rather difficult, an electric plug needs to be added near the bed, soap and shampoo need to be refilled every day .

I booked 2 rooms. 1 they forget to set up the extra bed even though I've specify it in the special request box. The air conditioner remote for the twin room is broken. The parking space oh my God. It was too small><not enough lighting. On the second room, not enough lighting. The bed makes a creaking sound. There is no restaurants/inroom dining. There is one staff who seems like she doesn't want to be bothered. The lobby didn't looks like a hotel ' s lobby. The bathroom was too dark.

This hotel has spacious rooms, the service is friendly, it's just that the rooms aren't clean enough with the mattress, there's a lot of trash that isn't swept and mopped. For the bathroom there is also no hot water and no water for bathing, it's funny that this hotel lets you go straight to the beach and take a shower directly

The hotel is clean, close to Kuta but you can't get mineral water, the road is small and it's always jammed, especially during the hours of the day and night, on the second day the worst is the shower and the jet shower WC doesn't come out at all, so you can't take a shower. The staff who checked the water couldn't provide a solution, first checked he said there was a blockage in the shower even though during the day he used it it still came out smoothly, the second checked again he said the room was full a lot of people were using it so the water couldn't come out even though it was 12 at night. There seems to be a problem with the pump.
