I have called twice to ask the housekeeping staff but never arrived in the room. Even though I had been waiting for the room to be cleaned before I was about to leave the hotel. Until in the end I went down to the hotel receptionist to ask about this and was only answered by the officer having gone home from 3 pm. Even though I have contacted the hotel to ask the housekeeping staff since 12 noon. And only answered with "yes" without evidence. Even in answering my phone, the officer sounded very curt. In the end the condition of my room on the 2nd day of staying here was: - the mattress was messy. - yesterday's towels were not replaced with new ones. - the room was in a dirty condition.

Pelayanannya sangat ramah, saya pesen di aplikasi kamar standard. Ternyata pas nyampe, itu kamarnya full, jadi sama masnya dipindahin ke kamar yang lebih besar tanpa ada biaya tambahan karena mereka akui ada kesalahan dalam sistem. Seneng sih nginep di sini, harganya terjangkau, bersih, udah gratis sarapan pagi juga.
