The Cozy apartment by Putri can be rented with the mediation of an authorized partner

Apartments and rooms are rented daily. They can be entered from 2 pm at the beginning services and must be vacant till 12 (noon) at the end of services day, unless the contract provides otherwise.

Occupation of apartments and rooms after 12 (noon) is going to be charged for next day rent at regular prices, unless the inability to vacant apartments and rooms at scheduled time is due to the fault of The Cozy apartment by Putri

For extension of stay, over the scheduled date, it is necessary to inquire about availability of apartments and rooms. Inquiry is made The Cozy apartment by Putri e-mail or info phone .

Each guest is required to report his stay in the apartment or room, with appropriate and relevant documents (identity card or passport). In apartment or room can be accommodated only guests (2 people) who are registered for accommodation. If there is a person in apartment or room who is not registrated (not includes persons who come to visit the guests), the guest is going to be charged extra for 30 % of the daily price for all the days in apartment.

Guests are required to carry their valuables with them. The Cozy apartment by Putri can not be a guarantee for them.

Animals and smoking are NOT allowed in apartments and rooms.

The Guests can use the Gas Stove and all the kitchen equipments and clean it after use and put in the place. Also The Guests can use the towels that we already provide till your last day using the Room. The Guests can use all the bath amneties (such as shampoo and soap).

Please put garbage into the a plastic bag first and throw it on the trash bin that has been provided. And please for every morning the garbage bins bring out when u out and put in the trash cabin outside apartment.

It is not allowed to carry in apartments and rooms easily flammable and explosive liquids and objects, things with strong or unpleasant smell.

No Drugs and no prostitution allowed.

The guests are obligated to preserve apartments and rooms, inventory and installation. All damage made must be refunded. Damaged inventory, equipment and object will be charged.

The guests are not allowed to move furniture and equipment in apartment or room, or to touch electric or other installation without prior consultation and approval with authorized person from The Cozy apartment by Putri

It is not allowed destruction or taking out inventory from apartments and rooms. In case of lost or damage the key from apartment or room, guest is required to report to authorized person from The Cozy apartment by Putri. Lost keys are charged extra IDR 300.000.

Guests are obligated to rationally use gas stove, energy and water, according to their needs (turn off lights and other electrical consumers when not needed, close windows and doors and turn off the gas stove after use it)
It is forbidden to throw food and other debris in the sink, toilet and through window.

Guests are forbidden to cause unpleasant noise and disturb public order and peace. This especially from 10 pm till 7 am.

In case of fire, flood or other emergency, guest are required to contact authorized person from The Buah Batu Park Apartment immediately.

When leaving apartment or room, guests are required to: close all windows, check if all water taps closed, turn off all electrical appliances in apartment, turn off all lights and lock the front door, and check the Gas Stove off.

It is allowed to have visitors in apartment or room, if house rules are respected.

The Cozy apartment by Putri is entitled to cancel reservation and usage of apartment or room if house rules are violated, and declare the guest as "the unwanted guest".

In case of canceled reservation and usage of apartment or room because of violation of House rules, guest is required to pay the whole rent price, no mater of his shortened stay.

When you check in, there will be deposit gurantee (IDR 100.000). But will get back once you check out


We always clean the room every times the new guests come. Please give the keys to Autorized Person when you have check out.
