Luxury Hotels in Batununggal, Bandung

Door handle is noisy, dirty room, bad service ever. First and last visit.

The room is very ugly, the bed is worst, the bathroom is very bad.

We stayed in this hotel just to sleep over to catch first next day whoosh train schedule. This hotel just as expected for low budget hotel. Clean room with AC and hot water. Breakfast was OK. Spaceful parking lot. At the time we stayed there were lot of group guests using buses. So I guess this. Hotel is quite popular.

The electricity ran out, texted the owner but doesn't care. Can't groom up or even take a shower. Very disappointing.

The staff actually friendly but the place is too dirty, it was not clean.

This is the worst apartment experience ever in my life. Not only annoyed by the way they organize the key reception, but also the limited parking available. What a mess. The room is not clean. The floor is not cleaned well so that you can still feel sticky floor around. AC didn't worked well. Luckily we stayed at Bandung, not Jakarta. Could you also please provide a room deodorizer please? The window couldn't close well so that the air from AC went out easily. And from the balcony we could easily see trash from indecent goods. What a horror.
