Dear online agent, You really need to double check your star rating of the hotel in your system whether it is a local 5 star or something like what is the equivalent to the international hotel star rating of the particular hotel. I'm very disappointed and feel cheated of Labersa hotel star rating. Once I step in to the room, it does not show a standard 5 star hotel even worst not even a 2 star in my experience. The room carpet is so dirty, the towel is like been used for 20 years even yellowish and not hygienic, the room mini fridge is so dirty and I don't want to continue with other standard/basic 5 star hotel facilities. The breakfast is like a 1 to 2 star hotel breakfast buffet, the juices is cordial syrup not even a real juice. Basically yes the hotel might be a 5 start hotel 20 years ago but now I'm so sorry it is not! So stop cheating customers with 5 start rating and trap them to book it have their expectation shattered. To maintain its 5 star rating the hotel really need to upgrade its services and facilities. Meanwhile you need to recategorize this hotel under 1-2 star hotel. FYI my room number is 609 and unfortunately I did not take any photo as I'm too disappointed. Nevertheless, the staff working there from the front desk, room service and restaurant is great and courteous that I have to highlight but other than that the experience is horrible.
