Unfriendly welcome, no help with the luggage and no excuse at all that the pool is out of order. Even though there were almost no other guests we were given a room with no window which we did not accept and had to pay extra to get a room with a window. We cannot recommend a stay there.

Nice hotel. Service is quite basic, but the staffs were very friendly, the room is neat and clean. There is a rooftop where you can see the city view and its surrounding hills. The location is strategic, close to places to eat.

The hotel is center of city, in front of moca caffe, but in the room has no hot water in bathroom, bed room dirty, bathroom is dirty like never have been clean, the toilet broken, no water is tank toilet, shower little out of water. breakfast just 2 menu, rice, noodle and egg, that's all. sorry I have to honest.

This is the worst hotel ever, don’t ever go to this place. No electricity setup for guest, no receptionist, no breakfast, no bathroom, everything in the room also broken. The only good thing is near from airport and ippi port. Well, for the same price please you guys find another better option. Don't expect too much from this hotel. This is a nightmare.

Hotel Safari is a great location from the airport- a 15 minute walk. They also provided a simple breakfast which was nice. However, the facility is a bit run down. Lots of repairs are needed. Some renovations would make it a prime choice for backpackers going to Kelimutu.

Good family hotel with restaurant (Masakan Padang). I stayed in deluxe/superior with more than 600 rib per night with A/C. (It seems that economy room does not have A/C, so please check the latest condition if you book. Better keep in mind that it is hot). A/C in Deluxe room is in good condition, but hot water supply was not stable. This hotel is managed by family originated from Padang and they are so kind and friendly. Food is delicious.
