From the start the check in service is very unprofessional. Check in is done in the basement of the parking lot, then you cannot request an early check in. After that the room was not clean, it seemed like I was in a hurry in cleaning. In addition, to stay overnight, a deposit of 300 thousand rupiah is required which is returned 7 days after check out. Not at check out. Then only accept with BCA bank, if not BCA bank will be subject to administrative fees. When checking out, we were asked for photos of all the contents of the room (this is very strange).

The bed was not very comfortable, it made body ache because the bed was not soft, the springbed fell so that the mattress came down next to the sheet and it was dirty yellow-yellow.

This unit is managed by Travelio, so even though I paid for it on Traveloka, I had to find the manager's phone number. Long story short, get the number and contact travelio. He asked for a phone number with whatsapp for the checkin process. At 13.30 I arrived at the lobby of Tower B, I was told to wait for Travelio's instructions to be sent by someone to deliver the key, said no later than 14.00. At 14:40 I asked a different person on WhatsApp again "What time do you want to check-in?" immediately dumbfounded. Lah, what have you been waiting for, you said that you have arrived at the lobby tower B. In short, there came around 15s until the one who gave the key, right until the Unit had a problem in electricity, initially said the token ran out, then the second reason was waiting for the technician. Finally I waited again without knowing exactly when the technician arrived. 20 minutes of waiting, finally set up and can. Then when it goes in as in the picture, the air conditioner is in the TV room 1 and the king bed 1 room but 2 2 is not cold enough, while room 1 is only given Hexos from the kingbed room, it gets hotter, finally sleeps on the sofa because the front air conditioner is quite cold than the 1st one .. The balcony floor is very dirty, the water also seems to be problematic because every time you want to wash your hands it is always slippery it can never get rough. Likewise when taking a shower .. This is the worst as long as I use Traveloka. Oh yes here a deposit of 300,000 is requested and returned after a maximum of 2 weeks. Oh my, it's really complicated, I swear. For self parking, it's a maximum of 20,000. And they were asked to exchange ID cards with the security guard with Karti Visitor. Gosh .. Complete. Lesson: it's better to look for properties that already have reviews and ratings so you can see the complaints and satisfaction of other people so that they can be a picture for us. Thank you
