Luxury Hotels in East Likupang, North Minahasa Regency

I stay at room number 264. First impression is good, When I arrived the staff in front desk is very helpful, the room already assign for me. First think, I hope the room is good and comfortable. When I'm enter the room the room condition is in the dark because the entrance light is off. The broken light is going down. Second, when I close the door, the double lock is gone 😂. This situation make me uncomfortable because somebody can enter on my room because the double lock is gone. The last but not least, on the next day I want to make some coffee in the morning but unfortunately the kettle jug doesn't work. Overall the hotel is quiet good but the most important think is the cleanliness because this hotel room rate is very expensive (more than 1mio). Value of money is not balance what guest receive. The lucky me is I got the room rate 700k.
