The room is clean and the hot water is running well. The only minus is the bed sheet, very old, worn out, yellowish colour and looks dirty and dusty. The Breakfast are good, many variety.

The room is clean, all staffs are helpful. The Nasi Goreng was delicious 👍.

Excellent service, delicious food, very good Arabica coffee at cafe Pontjol, nice heritage ambiance. Must try their signature es tung tung.

Not really clean in the bedroom and bathroom.

The staff is unpleasant. Asking to leave an ID card which means they don't have the right to hold the ID card which I already paid for the room to the website. It's unprofessional and also their rushing people to check out before time is off. Dirty bed sheets and rooms are not clean and AC is not working fine. Well. Need improvement. Not recommended to stay over. It's cheap but the owner is not a nice staff member!
