I use this hotel for vacations with family. For the cleanliness of the hotel area, there is no problem. Food is also delicious. Swimming pool facilities are delightful for our family. But for me and my family what made us uncomfortable was the design of the hotel bathroom, there was no water spray in the toilet or in the bathroom. The sink design is also outside. The shower water is also tiny, so the separate bathroom or toilet smells of urine from previous guests because there is no water spray. Of the many hotels I've used in both Indonesia and Malaysia, it 's only now that I found a hotel with no water spray.
