The location is great, close to all major scenery spots within walking distance. Staff are helpful. Although the room is a bit old, still clean. The linens has some spots. The sink in washroom did not work.

Conveniently located in the middle of the city, walkable area that comes alive at night and weekends. Unique interior, pretty old but with its own charm. No complaints on the AC, bed, and shower which are the holy trinity of hotel baseline.

The mattresses and pillows are hard, if only for a night's stay with a low budget it's still okay.

The room is clean and comfortable. There's free water if u want to make hot drink. Hot water is also available, but a little bit difficult to control the temperature. Overall it's good :)

I got a room in their new prop … clean and comfort, but maybe should add mirror or little table for each room ….

Very unprofessional. The rooms that have been booked, are filled by customers who are used to monthly stays. There is no reception desk. Like not an inn. We were told to look for another hotel even though it had already been paid for. Not recommended. Need to be considered again to remain in the online application. Value of 0 is large. At 4:00 p.m. I want to check-in even though it's already been 2 hours, room 1 again hasn't been cleaned. We were allocated 1 hour more and were ignored at all. Please consider, it is appropriate that we have already ordered and have paid, once we arrive we are told to look for another hotel. Even though it was almost 6:00 p.m. plus holiday periods. Do you think it's easy to find a hotel. Please request the online application to reconsider this lodging to remain applied.
