This is first time I stayed at Pramana Zahill Kintamani with my all family. It was exactly the same with my expectations based on the reviews and pictures on the apps. The room is new clean, big size & comfortable, the amazing swimming pool with hot water was very cleaned and quite big as well. Great dinner with live music and a very memorable night mountain atmosphere, also the breakfast is perfect lots of choice and very tasty. The staff are really friendly and helpful us a lot. Their service is very excellent and so polite with the guests. Will come back to when I visited Kinatamani next time and really recommended this Hotel. Best place for family or couple to stay.

The outer structure is old but the room we got is very clean, spacious and good quality bed.

The room is not really clean. When you are using bath mat, you can find dirt on your feet. Furthermore, I confused where do I need to put my clothes because there ' s no hangers in the room.

We love this place. Had BBQ at night with friends, and the toilet is in the cabin. But it is really hot around 10-12pm. The air conditioner cannot cope up with the heat. And also the smart system is too smart. Afraid that the old generation don't like the system.

Bu Sari really humble and helpful, Volcania provides tissue, towel, and hot shower, but for soap and shampoo you can buy yourself at the minimarket (near), will definitely come back when go to kintamani again! Superb!

Nice room with a good view. Room is so big. I take 2 room but 1 room water heater and TV connection is not working properly.
