It has the good location besides big mall MOG. The room is quite good, with average cleanliness. It is better to improve the cleanliness especially for the bed and bathroom cleanliness. Television is needed to be improved to a smart TV. The breakfast is average for the menu. Some menu is running out during breakfast time. It ' s parking has to be shared with the mall guest. Its parking is terrible when the hotel has a wedding program and the mall is in the peak hour.

They put us on 6 floor next to kitchen, so the floor was dirty, stingy, and very noisy.

Nice hotel, clean, and Nice staff. They're really helpful when we need to early check in. The location also very easy to reach from train station.

Clean room, near to every where in Malang.
