The ac is not working properly. Tried to tell the staff but no solution. Parking fee not included.

This hotel does not want to give away the room and the money will be returned. Until now, it hasn't been transferred either.

I stayed there for 8 days. It was okay but just sad that there was no blanket given. It was lack of cleanliness in the toilet. There was clogged drainage in the toilet but it was fixed after I reported it to the man on duty. The good thing was that the housekeeper staff were super friendly.
