The area is awesome, a lot of instagramable spot, vine restaurant is good but take a long time for check-in. The place is also for public visitor so it will be crowded in the weekend, kids swimming pool is not clean, AC not too cool & if need hot water in the morning we must call receptionist. Need lots of to improve but my family enjoy stayed there.

Our family had a great experience staying in Pullman Ciawi. Room was clean, food was great and above all, the service was perfect from the time we arrived throughout our whole stay. We will definitely go back.

We went here for our Babymoon. We chose Grand Gladiator and expected safety, comfort, non slippery steps/stairs (safe for pregnant woman). In reality, after we checked in at the main lobby and arrived at Grand Gladiator, there was no one around in the building. The lift was not in operation and we waited for almost an hour for it to be fixed and finally get to our room. Moreover in the room, we didn't have the peace and silence we expected as there was construction right across the street. We tried to enjoy our stay but it could've been better. The only plus point is the food we ordered from the room service.

- No wifi on the room (just at front desk).- TV broadcast error.- no room phone.- Room interior need to fix at many place
