This hotel was awesome … all staff very friendly and polite. Best breakfast. Good location, near good shopping mall and restaurant.

Very poor accommodation regarding old and dirty room, please improve cleanliness and renewal equipment.

Good location, staff and clean room

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Very close to MRT, shares the lobby with Starbucks, lots of good food around. We got a smoking room on the third floor, but somehow it had no window. And even though I wasn't too comfy with the low ceiling, the room itself was pretty clean, so we had no issue.

We had dirty bed sheets and no towels in the bathroom. Mini bar refrigerator was very dirty as well.

Pasif front office, for 400k it to much spend for the room. Feel dusty and the towel feel soggy 😌. End stay parking inside blok M cost the 30k but the front office don't inform there are voucher you can buy for whole night park so I need go back again and ask, super upset!
