I had stay because of people reviews the swimming pool is very spacious and very friendly for the kids. First impressions is amaze with the lobby and service from front office staff during check in, very straightforward and clear. Check in at 12.45 and within 15 minutes got the room key. Room is amazing and lighting is perfect. During breakfast the menu is a lot of choices and taste great. The kids station is bigger than other hotel and very friendly for the kids. The best is swimming pool is very spacious for kids and family friendly. My kids is very happy to stay here. Will comeback next available time.

I spent 3 night for birthday staycation here. And it was an awesome experience! The room is spacious, the staffs are all kind & friendly, and I like their breakfast. Would love to stay in Fraser Residence Menteng again.

This hotel is one of the hidden gems of 5 star hotel in Jakarta. The hotel itself are a bit classical modern in design, you have parking lots at the basement, security is great, location is strategic, and the service is awesome. You can get lost pretty easily in this hotel, because of its shaped like a maze, but once you go around couple of times, it should be fine. The food in this hotel's great, although the in room dining is a bit expensive, but the taste are very good. It's room are one of the highlights, its very clean, comfortable, and they provided every amenities that's supposed to be there, or you can ask them to provide you with anything you need. Overall, for its price and its stars, this is one of the best hotels for you to stay because of its features that rivals any 5 star hotels in Jakarta. I will stay here over couple of hotels because I love the hotel!

A truly nice experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of Jakarta, on the same street as Sarinah I believe. Not too far from Gambir either and it's just gonna a 15-minute walk to Bundaran HI. The hotel is really nice, it's classy but cosy and the hallways smell really nice as well. The room was nice, it's not that small and everything seems very clean & well-maintained. The design was rather minimalist and classy. Breakfast was good, WIFI was fast, shower was nice, I really don't have anything bad to say. The only thing I noticed is that the restaurant feels a little bit small considering how many guests were staying but it wasn't that much of an issue for me. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel and it was actually quite affordable considering the quality that we got compared to other similarly priced hotels in Jakarta. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time!

Friendly staff and comfy room. When I was checked in, staff assigned me to the room next to the passenger elevator. Then I called to move to the room to quieter place. Suprisingly, staff then upgraded my room and move me to a quiet place. Great place for Wfh. Room was clean, compact, and worth of money. Also the tv is netflix ready! Over all, service was great and room is pleasant. Although the breakfast just basic, will check to Ashley sabang again. Thank you, Ashley and staff.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Ashley Tang as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed (free self laundry). Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Central Jakarta, and it is just round the corner from the street food market. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel 💪

First, check in process is quick like less than 5 minutes. The reception guy really fulfill my request. The room is large, toothbrush is friendly to my gum, not like any other hotels toothbrush. The pool is the best thing during my stay. Is quiet refreshing with best view of menteng/HI area. Definitely my best choice for hotel in downtown.

Overall the hotel is so nice yet quite. Really good for business trip/staycation. I feel so peacefully stay in here and can recharge my energy. My favorite staff so far Ms. Vica as Front Office (thank you miss for your delightful service) and Technicians (thank you Sir for your tirelessly checking on our needs). Don't worry! All staff I met are so nice, smiley, greetings to me. Your hospitality is really wonderful experience (good job everyone)! Just little bit suggestion for the quality of your breakfast; The portion is too small and need some seasoning😉. But thank you for fulfilling our request, team🙏🏻. Room are spacious and the sofa would be my favorite spot for reading book or even for working🥰. NOTE: you want this room? it's my 2nd time and have a room in higher floor. turns out the room is smaller than lower floor. but the view is great. the room is super clean, staff is fast response, which is improvement. try the room service and ordered spaghetti carbonara for kids.. it's delicious but more like aglio olio, not creamy enough. can't wait for the 3rd times.

Room was great and Delicious meals too. Value for money.

A place that never fails me each time I do staycation on weekend or public holiday awesome! You guys just need to fix the morning breakfast and please switch on the aircon during breakfast definitely will come back again and spend more nights in this lovely budget hotel

Staying at the Morrissey hotel was very pleasant, the location is very strategic in the center of Jakarta, very close to everywhere. The interior of the room and hotel is very unique, the hotel room facilities are also very complete. Highly recommended
