We had a pleasure stay because the room exceeded our expectations. The complete modern facilities, cleanliness, vibes, security, staffs are doing their best job. We felt like home during our stay, we have all we need, I can cook and eat whatever I wanted, the bed is large and comfy, each lighting are adjustable, even the bathroom’s air conditioner can be set without interrupting main AC, the hot water always runs smoothly and we have Superindo just a walk away to buy our needs easily. The security guards even helped me crossing the busy road. I would definitely book an executive room again someday.

As usual, every time we have an event in Surabaya, we stay at Swiss Bell in Manyar. Unless it 's full then we try to find another hotel. Lately, the important event we attended in Surabaya was our daughter 's graduation at Airlangga University. The Swissbell hotel is the closest and most strategic location, besides it is close to Unair Campus C, it is also close to various interest places as we always visit such as Galaxy Mall and many restaurant around it.

Had a very nice experience staying in bonnet hotel for few days, the services are excellent! Room, breakfast, facilities, locations, price are perfect! Would definitely come back here for another stay.

Toilet and shower room are seperated, small toilet, barely fit for 1 person, one of the single bed was inbalance, TV is small considering that this is the best room that they got for family, it 's not even smart TV:(3 beds (1Queen and 2 single beds), Good AC, working water heater and working refrigerator are the plus points. It 's not perfect but we will definitely come to this hotel the next time my family visit SBY, it 's impossible to find hotel with 3 beds in 1 room even for fancy hotel so hats off for Grace Setia Hotel 😁.

I took a family room for myself and my parents, but items provided only for 2 person as their breakfast package is for 2 person despite purchasing for 3 person stay. Breakfast nowhere near my expectation. Beds were comfy. TV was OK. But hotel do not provide ironing accessories. Not really happy throughout.
